INFORMATION HANDLING / NOVEMBER 2026

Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Lortie Labs handles details you provide when asking about a website, business application or custom software project.

1. Information collected

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, the project category, selected budget and timing preferences, and the details you write. We also keep submission dates, inquiry status and a hashed anti-abuse fingerprint derived from request information. Avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information through the form.

2. How it is used

Information is used to evaluate your inquiry, communicate about your project, prepare discovery or development proposals if you request them, and prevent automated abuse. It is not used to automatically enroll you in marketing newsletters, and Lortie Labs does not sell inquiry details to advertisers.

3. Storage and access

Submissions are saved in a managed database used by Lortie Labs. Only the studio owner is intended to access the protected lead workspace through an authenticated administrator account. Service providers such as hosting, database and email delivery platforms may process information to operate the service, potentially in other jurisdictions, subject to their own security practices.

4. Messages and retention

We may email you in response to the inquiry you submit. Details are retained as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain business records and meet legal obligations; you can ask for access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Sending notifications to the studio owner depends on the email domain being configured.

5. Cookies and analytics

The private Developer workspace uses authentication session technology to keep administrator access secure. The public portfolio may use technical resources provided by its hosting platform. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.

6. Your questions or requests

To ask about information relating to you, or request its correction or deletion, use the website’s project inquiry form and select “Other / not sure.” Clearly state “Privacy request” in your message. Do not include highly sensitive documents in the request.

Your project inquiry is not published publicly. Return to Lortie Labs
