Building the
impossible
into products.

Complex software. Unreasonable momentum. Human judgment at every critical turn. I turn ambitious ideas into connected digital products—and I can show you how.

MULTI-SELLER COMMERCE · LIVE PRODUCT

RubyCollect✧

A collecting marketplace engineered around the workflows generic marketplaces overlook.

Cards, auctions, offers, trades, payments, protected orders, collection management, seller tools and AI-assisted recognition: developed as one connected product rather than a collection of disconnected pages.

02 / THE DIFFERENCEHOW I BUILD

THE BUILDER BEHIND THE SYSTEM

AI writes code.
Judgment builds
the product.

I started RubyCollect without a software-engineering background. In roughly three weeks of evenings, I built a trading-card marketplace while learning the tools and solving problems as they appeared.

The breakthrough wasn't accepting everything AI produced. It was learning to question it: reproduce bugs, identify faulty assumptions, rewrite requirements, compare real source data and test the correction.

This portfolio is a fourth build of its own: a custom interactive experience designed to show the work rather than simply list it.

“The model can propose the answer. The responsibility to make it work stays with me.”

THE DEBUGGING MINDSETSELECT A REAL FAILURE MODE
01 / ISSUE FOUND

AI returned the wrong card

I changed the search and verification workflow to compare set, year, number and card image rather than blindly trusting one generated guess.

02 / ISSUE FOUND

Shipping prices did not match checkout

I traced seller options, live carrier quotes and product-feed data, then iterated on destination logic and delivery claims.

03 / ISSUE FOUND

Payment flows needed real safeguards

I tested Stripe webhooks, transfer/refund logic, order-state transitions and duplicate-event protection in sandbox environments.

Examples from RubyCollect. Choose another case study above to inspect its own technical challenges.

03 / CAPABILITIESDESIGNED FOR COMPLEXITY

Ambitious idea?
Bring the hard parts.

My work lives where product experience meets integrations, automation and real-world rules.

01

Product thinking

Map the user journey, define the real workflow, and make complicated software feel obvious.

BUILT WITH INTENT
02

AI orchestration

Use models to accelerate development, then challenge outputs with evidence, explicit specifications and iteration.

BUILT WITH INTENT
03

Connected systems

Integrate payments, permissions, automation, databases, search and third-party APIs into one coherent product.

BUILT WITH INTENT
04

Quality ownership

Find broken edge cases, correct assumptions, test boundaries and make the experience usable on a phone.

BUILT WITH INTENT
04 / EXECUTION MODELFROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCT

A faster way
to build seriously.

AI-accelerated execution doesn't replace thinking. It makes good decisions reach working software sooner.

01

Decode the problem

Requirements, users, constraints, integrations, and the smallest honest version worth shipping.

02

Architect the workflow

Data models, protected actions, role-based journeys, error paths and API contracts.

03

Build with AI velocity

Rapid implementation, focused prompts, systematic integration and practical prototypes.

04

Challenge every assumption

Inspect model mistakes, repair broken logic, reproduce edge cases and test against expected outcomes.

05

Deliver and iterate

Clear handoff, measured scope, improvements, support and accountability for what actually works.

05 / ENGAGEMENTSTRANSPARENT STARTING POINTS / CAD

SERVICES & INVESTMENT

Built around the problem.
Priced around the scope.

Every engagement starts with clear expectations. These are starting prices for defined scopes, not one-size-fits-all packages. Final pricing depends on features, integrations, risk and delivery requirements.

STEP ZERO / DISCOVERY & PLANNING

Know what you're building before you build it.

Start with a free 20–30 minute fit conversation. For complex software, a separately scoped paid discovery produces a requirements document, key user journeys, architecture outline, priorities, risks, milestones and a proposal-ready project plan. You keep the deliverables even if you choose another developer.

OPTIONAL DISCOVERY CREDITUp to 100%

Discovery fees can be credited toward the agreed development price when the project is signed within 45 days, subject to written engagement terms.

Indicative CAD starting prices before applicable taxes. Hosting, transaction fees, third-party API/model charges, app-store accounts, maintenance, and unscoped extras are quoted separately. App-store approval, AI accuracy and regulatory compliance cannot be guaranteed.
